I have a drawing program on my Ipad called BAMBOO PAPER. I did this self-portrait last night. I really do wish I had the guts to dye my hair purple or any other funky color, but I don’t right now so I will experiment with my image in my make believe world. This app has become my go-to tool for sketching ideas. It is great if you like to draw on your devices or even send a hand-written note instead of a text message.

MORE ON MY DIGITAL LIFE: My daughter recently wanted me to play a game called—CANDY CRUSH. I simply couldn’t. I found the game so aesthetically ugly that I didn’t want to look at it. I know, for you Candy Crush fans, the game looked really fun. I just didn’t like the colors and my daughter found this utterly ridiculous. We only have so much time for really looking and as I get older I don’t want to waste my visual time on things that don’t appeal to me. There is simply too much amazing material in the world that does.
