When I let the world be in charge of what I should pay attention to, my heart sinks.
I read a book recently about “wandering” and it seems a lost form of appreciation.
So much of what we know and love, has come from being inquisitive initially. We used time to dream and develop.
Instant gratification is at our fingertips (metaphorically) and so it is easy to get caught up in the goals of others.B
Thank you. “dream and develop” and “wandering” are wonderful reminders in this busy world. We have to be vigilant to actually protect this space within. I always appreciate your insight.
