One simple question.

Often I make things way too complicated. Today I’m choosing to simplify.

ASK.  WAIT.  LISTEN.  REPEAT.

    Simple pleasures Lisa!
I sometimes like to let go of ego (consciousness of own identity); all too often we respond to a self perceived identity, placing ourselves in an unrealistic position.
To, for a moment, have the ability to meet oneself in the street and consider our own person as we do others. Tricky but enlightening.B

    • Lisa Lillibridge/Dakota 1966 – I grew up roaming and scavenging the plains of southern South Dakota. That childhood landscape instilled a desire for spaciousness that's stayed with me into adulthood. My work often reflects these themes.

I love this concept…damn ego trips us up all the time. I spoke to my 16-year-old daughter about what you wrote today. In those darker moments of insecurity or lack of worthiness, thinking about meeting ourselves on the street is a good tool for clearer understanding and a more macro view. Thank you for your insight.
