I was watching an amazing documentary last night, “A Band Called Death”. There are cool connections to Burlington, Lillibridge Street in Detroit and the music, good golly the Hackney Brothers story is remarkable. However, another thing I was struck by was the design of this documentary. I love the images that are overlaid. What great design. I decided to try this technique with a photo of my son from prom this year. I can’t wait to learn more about doing this in illustrator. Anyway, find this documentary soon!
